Role Summary
The Job holder will coordinate the registration of members, processing of benefits, marketing, and customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
A. Registration and Compliance
(i) Updating member details on benefit files for processing;
(ii) Handling walk-in customers with queries and escalating the same to senior staff;
(iii) Receiving and dispatching employer files for updating;
(iv) Receiving, sorting, and batching member benefit files for processing;
(v) Analyzing employer files to extract non-compliance issues;
(vi) Compiling schedules of assessment/unpaid contributions;
(vii) Maintaining and updating bounced cheques register;
(viii) Maintaining and updating installment undertaking register;
(ix) Maintaining and updating defaulters undertaking register;
(x) Responding to customers inquiries (Inquiries related to compliance issues); and
(xi) Extracting member's data from the ICT system for update of members' accounts.
B) Requirements for Appointment
(i) Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Social Sciences, Business Administration, Law,
(ii) Public Relations, Marketing, Archives, Record Management,
(iii) Information Science or related field from a recognized institution;
(iv) Proficiency in computer applications from a recognized institution and
(v) Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
