Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The Job holder will coordinate the registration of members, processing of benefits, marketing, and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i)    Answering phone calls from customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints;

(ii)   Researching on required information using available resources;

(iii)  Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding Fund products/ processes;

(iv)  Providing customers with the service and product information;

(v)   Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management; and

(vi)  Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

Requirements for Appointment

(i)    Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Social Sciences, Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, Marketing, Archives, Record Management, Information Science or related field from a recognized institution;

(ii)   Proficiency in computer applications from a recognized institution; and

(iii)  Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
