Job Description

Role summary

The job holder will undertake development and implementation of policies and strategies on the registration of members, collection of contributions, administration of member benefits and claims, marketing & customer experience, and safeguarding members records.

Duties and responsibilities 

(i) Receiving and documenting legitimate benefit claims;

(ii) Opening of claim files and capturing the data into the system;

(iii) Checking folios, marking, and dispatching files to respective sections/officers;

(iv) Responding to customer enquiries through emails and telephone calls;

(v) Sorting and batching claims for awarding into the system; and

(vi) Capturing of claims into the system to determine amounts payable and bank details of the payee.

Requirements for Appointment

(i) Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or related field from a recognized Institution;

(ii) Proficiency in computer applications; and

(iii) Fulfilled requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
