ROLE SUMMARY

The Job holder will coordinate the registration of members, processing of benefits, marketing, and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

(i)    Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;

(ii)   Distributing marketing materials;

(iii)  Participating in marketing events;

(iv)  Ensuring the safekeeping of marketing promotional materials;

(v)   Undertaking daily administrative tasks on customer service;

(vi)  Monitoring and updating social media platforms;

(vii) Answering phone calls from customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints;

(viii)         Providing customers with the service and product information;

(ix)  Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the system;

(x)   Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries; and

(xi)       Recording details of comments, enquiries, complaints and actions taken.

Requirements for Appointment

(i)    Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Social Sciences, Business

(ii)   Administration, Marketing, or related field from a recognized Institution;

(iii)  Proficiency in computer applications; and

(iv)  Fulfilled requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
