Job Description

Create community awareness and advocacy through sensitization of the local communities in the targeted areas with extreme cases of child labour and sexual exploitation
Emergency support and reintegration of relevant individuals who need basic necessities and psycho- Social Support
Identify gaps in the market on vocational and livelihood skills and develop vocational skills training courses to equip relevant individuals
Work with local Governments departments (MoE and Children’s Department) to increase awareness on inclusive education.
Train families/parents/guardians in entrepreneurship, informal savings, resource mobilization and group dynamics to replace the income that the children earn
Organize for awareness meetings where female genital mutilation and early marriages are practiced and even use child participation to fight the same through training and other forms of intervention.
Work closely with other NGOs, women groups, youth groups in follow-up especially during referrals at the community level
